Welcome to the CVAs 1st Annual Interactive Entertainment B2B Meet Up!
Interested in building your business, exploring new collaborative opportunities, and establishing partnerships with other industry professionals? Join us for the 1st Annual Interactive Entertainment B2B “Meet Up”, a unique event for businesses in the interactive entertainment industry to participate in networking meetings specifically catered to their interests and needs.
These meetings will take place at the Carlu, in the heart of downtown Toronto, in conjunction with the Canadian Videogame Awards (CVAs), taking place on November 21, 2014. The B2B Meet Up will take place from 5:30 – 7:00pm and participants may continue networking at the CVA VIP Reception immediately following the meetings.

Please complete the following application form to apply to participate in the 1st Annual Interactive Entertainment Business-to-Business “Meet Up”:
- Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. Those companies accepted for the B2B Meet Up will be notified by email and may be asked to provide further details at that point that will allow us to match them up with appropriate companies. Applications must be received by October 31st.
- There is a $150 fee to participate in the B2B Meet Up. Participation fee to be paid by credit card on approval of application.
- Participating companies will be able to meet with up to 6 other organizations for 12 minutes each. Additional time for follow up meetings will be available at the end of the meeting period.
